The Gravenstein helped define this region. We're working to bring that legacy forward, crafting year-round apple provisions from organic, small-farm fruit and the recipes our grandparents trusted.
We partner with local growers, reduce waste through smart preservation, and are working to create real demand for the apples and farms that built this community. Every pie, jar and bottle is our way of honoring what came before - and rebuilding something strong, rooted, and alive for the generations ahead.

I grew up around my grandparents' Gravenstein orchard in Occidental. The Gentle Hearth is my way of carrying that heritage forward - creating real demand for local apples and helping our farming community thrive again.
