Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 16th, 2025


At The Gentle Hearth, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to quality. Because our items are made fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled or delivered.


However, we want every customer to be delighted with their experience.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at occidentalprovisions@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.


Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Thank you for understanding that our small-batch production and perishable ingredients limit our ability to accept returns — but your satisfaction remains our priority.
